Classes, courses and workshops focus on well-being for employees by helping people to learn about reducing stress in the workplace, supporting employees with anxiety and improving emotional resilience. They are also helpful as short weekly courses for people to learn specific techniques to help them.

I have updated my program offer for classes, courses and workshops

For business, I have two main programs:

  • Communicate with clarity to reduce stress (for managers)
  • Supporting Emotional Resilience in the Workplace. (managers and employees)

Each workshop can be tailored to your business ethos and involve mindfulness as well as hypnotherapy techniques to support collegiate change.

These workshops work well as physical workshops and online.

Workshops can be split into a block of four sessions or delivered over half days or full days.

For schools and academies who would like me to work with their staff, these sessions can fit into your CPD days or ‘Twilight’ sessions if required.

Mindfulness programs can also be booked on a block of sessions for staff to help reduce stress and promote self care and emotional resilience.

Group Classes

I now offer group classes for the following:

*Smoking cessation course with self hypnosis – 4 week block purchase (Thursday Evenings)

*Relaxation classes – 3 week block purchase ( Tuesday Evenings)

*Sleep School – pending dates
