Teenagers & young people today are under a lot more stress than ever before: social media pressures, exam pressure and peer pressures can all add to a toxic mix of stress & anxiety.
In my 20 year career in schools (six years spent as a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator) I noticed that the simplest strategies were often the most effective in terms of helping young people to help themselves.
Therapy4Teens™ is a combination of mindfulness, stress reduction therapy and coaching strategies to help teenagers reduce anxiety and stress naturally whilst helping young people feel better quickly.
I teach simple techniques which show teenagers and young people how to take control of their emotional state to become emotionally resilient. Teens learn quickly! Their brains are super absorbent and like new ideas. Teens also like to daydream and love my therapy works as it encourages them to relax and clear their minds of any worrying thoughts.
Therapy4Teen™ sessions last around 60 minutes and will teach your son or daughter natural and effective ways to reduce stress, whilst improving confidence and self-esteem. These techniques can help support better sleep and reduce exam anxiety.

Sessions are £45.00 for teenagers between 13 years old and 17 years old.
