Like many women, menopause seemed to creep up on me whilst I was busy. By the time I was able to take a look at how I felt about it all, I was lost.
I was over weight with a back problem. My hormones and my hunger were out of control, my alcohol was increasing and I was too tired to exercise. The brain fog was horrendous, I had fatigue, aches and pains, awful anxiety and I was really starting to panic. Who was I now?
I needed to a plan to take back control of my life. This is a common question from my clients about menopause: how can I feel like myself again?
Therapeutic Coaching involves hypnotherapy: these sessions are for you if you feel ‘off kilter’ , overwhelmed by changes which seem beyond your control and for women who just need some help and support to get clear on the decisions they need to make next in their career & relationships whilst navigating the menopause.
